No Refund Policy

At Pherfect Pilates Studio, we are committed to providing exceptional classes and services. To ensure fairness to all members and guests, all purchases are final. Please review our refund policy below before making a purchase.

Memberships

• All membership payments are non-refundable.

• Membership fees will not be refunded for unused classes, missed appointments, schedule conflicts, vacations, illnesses, or any other reason.

• Memberships may not be transferred to another person.

• If you wish to cancel your membership, you must follow the cancellation terms outlined in your Membership Agreement.

Class Packages & Drop-In Classes

• All class packages and drop-in class purchases are final and non-refundable.

• Unused classes or credits will not be refunded.

• Credits may only be returned to your account if a reservation is canceled within the required cancellation window, in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

• Expired class packages will not be extended or refunded unless required by law.

Retail Merchandise

• All retail merchandise, including grip socks, apparel, towels, water bottles, and accessories, is final sale.

• No refunds or exchanges will be accepted unless the item is defective at the time of purchase.

Workshops, Special Events & Teacher Trainings

• Registration fees for workshops, specialty classes, teacher trainings, and studio events are non-refundable.

• If Pherfect Pilates Studio cancels an event, participants will receive either a refund or studio credit at the studio's discretion.

Studio Closures

No refunds or credits will be issued due to temporary studio closures caused by holidays, scheduled maintenance, instructor substitutions, weather conditions, power outages, or circumstances beyond the studio's control.

Medical or Emergency Circumstances

Requests for exceptions due to documented medical conditions or permanent relocation may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required. Approval of an exception is solely at the discretion of Pherfect Pilates Studio and is not guaranteed.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically cancel a membership or release a member from the terms of their Membership Agreement. If a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or inconsistent with the signed agreement, Pherfect Pilates Studio reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate studio privileges, deny future memberships, and pursue collection of any outstanding balance.

By purchasing a membership, class package, drop-in class, event ticket, or retail merchandise, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
