Membership Freeze & Cancellation Policy
At Pherfect Pilates Studio, we understand that life happens. To provide flexibility while maintaining the structure of our membership program, we offer membership freeze options and clearly outlined cancellation policies below.
Membership Freezes
Members may request to place their membership on hold under the following terms:
Memberships may be frozen for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days per calendar year.
Freeze requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your next billing date.
Freezes cannot be applied retroactively.
During the freeze period, all booking privileges and membership benefits are paused.
Membership terms will be extended by the length of the approved freeze period.
A valid payment method must remain on file at all times.
Annual Maintenance & Enhancement Fees will still be processed as scheduled and are not subject to freeze holds.
Medical Freeze
Members with a medical condition or injury may request an extended freeze with documentation from a licensed healthcare provider. All medical freeze requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Membership Cancellations
All cancellation requests must follow the guidelines below:

Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days prior to the next billing date.
Memberships remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time, classes, or services.
Commitment Memberships (6-Month & 12-Month)
Members enrolled in a 6-month or 12-month commitment membership are responsible for completing the full term agreement.
Early cancellation is not permitted unless one of the following applies:
The membership term has been fully completed
An approved buyout option is executed (if applicable)
An exception is granted at the discretion of management
Failure to attend classes or discontinue use does not release the member from their financial commitment.
Founding Membership Policy
Founding memberships are offered at a special locked-in promotional rate.
If a founding membership is canceled for any reason, the founding rate is permanently forfeited.
Members who return in the future will not be eligible to reinstate their original founding rate and will be subject to current pricing at that time.
This rate is exclusive, limited, and cannot be reactivated once removed.
Class Reservations
Any classes scheduled beyond the membership cancellation date will automatically be removed from the booking system.
